Returns & Exchanges

At Melissa Odabash, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, garment bags, and hygiene strips are securely attached.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
